Main purpose of role:

Netherlands and the broader Benelux region, driving localised campaigns while actively collaborating on Group-wide brand initiatives. This role will balance a core focus on region-specific digital marketing activities with close collaboration with the Gamma Group and the wider European marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching brand objectives. The Digital Marketing Executive will develop and implement campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and optimise engagement through various digital channels. The ideal candidate is a skilled digital marketer with a strong analytical mindset, experienced in managing end-to-end campaigns and generating actionable insights. Working within Gamma’s dynamic marketing environment, the Digital Marketing Executive will help amplify the Group’s brand presence and support growth across Gamma’s customer base in the Netherlands and Benelux region..

Key responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Benelux centric digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.

  • Collaborate with the Group Performance Marketing Manager and the wider European team to align local campaigns with broader Group brand initiatives.

  • Partner with the content and design teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity across all digital assets.

 Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate the impact of digital campaigns.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine local campaigns and make recommendations to the Group marketing team for future regional and Group-wide strategies.

  • Leverage analytics tools to understand user behaviour and generate insights that enhance campaign effectiveness.

 Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new direct customers and partners specifically within the Benelux region.

  • Create digital campaigns to support customer activation, reduce churn, and encourage account upgrades, aligned with Gamma’s strategic growth objectives for the region.

  • Collaborate with the Customer support and Sales teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey and align marketing efforts with customer needs.

 

Content and SEO Optimisation:

  • Optimize web content and digital assets for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach and visibility in the local markets.

  • Working closely with the Group Marketing Operations and digital team, implement best practices for website content, blogs, and landing pages to drive organic traffic and support Group brand objectives.

  • Work closely with the content team to create materials that align with Gamma’s brand and resonate with the local audience in  the Benelux region.

Experience and skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, customer acquisition, and engagement, ideally within a B2B or technology environment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.

  • Proficient in using marketing analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as Hubspot and Salesforce, is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.An appreciation of modern Account based Marketing (ABM) techniques.

  • Has a and ‘Full-funnel’ mindset fir strategy, execution and reporting.

  • Familiarity with the B2B communications technology sector is highly desirable.

  • Native language Dutch.
